No. Both options are one-time purchases. There are no recurring subscription payments.

Yes. Both the complete system and PDF Reading Edition can be purchased as gifts.

You pay for the purchase, and access is delivered to the recipient using the email address you provide. Gift recipients are not added to marketing emails.

After successful payment through Stripe, your access details are sent to the email address provided during checkout.

For a gift purchase, the purchaser receives the payment confirmation and the recipient receives their access details.

The Companion App is a browser app. It works on your phone or computer and does not need to be downloaded from an app store. Your email sign-in protects access to the app. Your journal itself stays on this device and is not visible publicly or to other customers.

Your journal is stored only on the device you write it on. If you clear this browser's site data without making a backup, it cannot be recovered because Between Appointments™ never receives a copy. It does not automatically sync between devices; use the encrypted backup and restore tools to move or preserve it.

The app is not a medical-record service and should not be used for urgent clinical information. Further information about how personal information is handled is available in the Privacy Policy.

No. Between Appointments™ provides practical, lived-experience support. It does not diagnose, recommend treatment or replace advice from your medical team.

Complete-system customers can use the sign-in option to request a new access link. PDF Reading Edition customers can use the PDF recovery page to have their download link sent again.
