Terms for products and access

These terms apply when you buy, receive or use a Between Appointments™ digital product or free resource. Your contracting business is Coachlight Publishing Limited, the publisher of Between Appointments™, registered in Ireland. Company No. 826792.
Products and payment
The website explains what each product contains and shows the full price before checkout. Purchases are one-time payments with no subscription. Stripe provides the secure checkout.
Digital delivery and access
Digital supply begins after payment is confirmed. Complete System access is connected to the customer or gift recipient’s email address. The PDF Reading Edition is supplied through a secure download link.
If an access email or download link is lost or expires, use the recovery option with the original purchase email or contact support.
Permanent access means that the purchased entitlement has no fixed expiry or recurring charge. Reasonable care will be taken to maintain the service, although no online service can guarantee uninterrupted operation forever.
Cancellations and refunds
Where consumer cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days to cancel a distance purchase. At checkout, you are asked to request immediate digital supply and acknowledge that the cancellation right ends when supply begins.
Once digital access or delivery has started, change-of-mind refunds are generally unavailable. This does not affect any legal remedy where digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied as agreed.
Personal use
Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product. You may download and print the PDF for your own use. You may not resell, republish, distribute or share product files, customer access or sign-in links.
A gift is licensed to its intended recipient.
Not medical advice
Between Appointments™ provides practical support based on lived experience. It does not diagnose, monitor or recommend treatment, provide medical advice or replace your clinical team.
Do not use the website, book, resources, Companion App or journal for an emergency or urgent clinical communication. Contact your healthcare team or local emergency services when urgent help is needed.
Your rights and contact
Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right or legal protection that cannot lawfully be excluded.
